Data graphs/ tables

This is more of a request for ideas rather than help with an issue. I have data that I wish to present in a pivot and/ or graph and am pondering the best way to do so.

The data is a list of applications. I capture the date the application was submitted as well as the date that the works related to the application are meant to start. Usually the start date is some weeks after the submission date. However, sometimes the start date is the same day as the application submission date, and even sometimes the start date is before the submissions date (retrospective submissions). The business has 3 areas which submit these applications and I would like to illustrate how 'compliant' they are through various tables/ graphs.

I want to illustrate this info as clearly as possible but struggling to figure out how.

Any ideas would be welcome.

This would be easier to visualize if you posted a sample workbook with a dozen to 100 records of typical, desensitized data.

Here's some tips on generating this kind of data: https://www.excelforum.com/tips-and-...tize-data.html Fill in the headers for your tables then generate the appropriate data for each category.

Once we have this data, we can probably provide a number of suggestions.
