    How to chart multiple Regions for metrics collected over time

    I'm a total chart novice and don't see how to use Excel to chart. I have about 25 Regions that I want to graph over time for a given metric (there are 4). The values of each metric vary over time and are each collected every 5 minutes. So would someone attempt a step by step of a line graph showing members on left where their line rises and falls with metric value every 5 minutes.

    Regions are composed of many Members and chart must show the sum of the metric for Members of each Region every 5 minutes.

    Would anyone care to attempt a step by step on how to do this? Or refer me to articles or videos of how to.
