dynamic pivot with potential calculated fields

Need the percentage match with the Overseas report for All offices, and All Date/Week Range.
Since the dashboard will need to be dynamic (meaning, when people filter by Date/Wk or by Office, they will see the data updated accordingly), we were wondering if you could please let me know if there’s a way we can ensure that the data will still reflect the OverSeas report if we filter it down.

For instance, when we filtered by 1/31/21 which is Feb Wk 1 for All offices, the pivot looks like this:
However, the Total # of unit and percentage don’t match what’s on the Overseas report:

Another example is that we also need to filter it by office (and sometimes by different week/weeks). In this case, we selected Feb Wk 1 and Wk 2 for Hong Kong, and it looks like this:
However, the Total # of unit and percentage don’t match with what’s on the OS report for Hong Kong:

Hello TOPNinja and Welcome to Excel Forum.

Answers need clear examples. Post a small Excel sheet (not a picture) showing realistic & representative sample data WITHOUT confidential information (10-20 rows, not thousands...) and some manually calculated results. Just before posting, scroll down to GO ADVANCED, click, and then scroll down to MANAGE ATTACHMENTS and click again. Now follow the instructions at the top of that screen.

Let us know if you have any questions.
Consider taking the time to add to the reputation of everybody that has taken the time to respond to your query.
