Hiding part month in a pivot chart

Hi all - I hope someone can help.

I have a pivot table that is automatically refreshed daily.
There is a pivot chart created from this table that shows 18 months of data in a simple bar stacked chart showing 'number of widgets sold' by the 2 widget types.

At the end of each month I need to put this chart into a report - but by the time I do that it is already showing data from the start of the new month. So today for example I am trying to show the last 18 months up to the end of Feb2021. How can i hide the data being shown for March 2021, without hiding March 2020?

I know I could just copy the data and make a new chart - but I have a number of these and would like to automate it.

    Thanks for any help.

    Charlie.
