Hiding field and part of a field in pivot tables

Hi, Hope someone can help... I have problem with the attached file which is showing the zeros for the count field which I need to get rid of is there a way to lose these columns, since I only want the 1's to show. Is there also a way to hide the 1's too so the graph only shows the 4 reasons?

    Thanks for any help!

Do you mean just get rid of the zero values in column E2:E425!

Is that the only way? the rest of the data is extensive and would take a long time to edit them all out manually. Can the 1's that are left be hidden?
