Charting number of rows with values between bands

Hi all

I have a table of sales quotes, one row per quote, with a total value and an account managers name.

I want to visualise the number of quotes between $0 and $1000, $1000 to $5000, etc etc as a stacked bar chart, with the bar height being the number of quotes within that band, and the stacks within the bar reflecting the proportion of those quotes assigned to each account manager, with one bar per group.

I'm normally OK at pivots, but it's Friday and my brain just can't process it.

Can someone give me some tips on how to create the pivot?
