Battery Duty Cycle Graph

I need some help creating a graph of a dataset for a battery duty cycle. The duty cycle consists of various cases with a load or current per case. Each case is over a period of time. L1 consists of the loads that are continuous while the other cases are loads that are momentary. Therefore, L2-L6 are added to the L1 loads. Attached is example dataset and a screenshot of an example.

Thanks for the help!!! Got it to work with the substation load data. The example is from IEEE 485 4.2.7 figure 1.
