Filtering out high values in a pivot/graph

Hi all,

I'm just after some advice here on how to filter out values based on a count in a pivot table. I need to clearly show any vales greater than 1 (seem to only be able to filter out by total count) but can't seem to figure out a way to do it other than going back and highlighting the outliers manually in the data table.

The sample has 3 outlying values but in a single report there could be up to 100.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

To filter out by individual values, you need to change the report layout > PivotTable Tools > Design > Report Layout > Shown in Tabular Form.

Then click on the funnel icon at FilledDateTime (cell B3) > Value Filters > Greater Than > 1.
