Help with Pivot to track team members assigned to projects

Hello, thanks in advance for any suggestion/guidance you can provide.

I support a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts. We help deliver a number of Projects. We have many active projects at any given time, that are either fully resources (PM + BA) or partially resourced (PM only or BA only). Resources can be assigned to multiple Projects at the same time (e.g. PMs/BAs could be assigned to 2+ projects at the same time)

I'm trying to create a pivot table that can tell me which resources are assigned to which project. Ideally, I'd be able to:
    1) select a Project, and see which Resources are assigned
    2) select a Resource, and see which Projects they are assigned to

I'm struggling to format the information in the right way to be able to run the Pivot table.

    Appreciate any help. Thank you.

Hello fabioaversa and Welcome to Excel Forum.
Fast answers need clear examples. Post a small Excel sheet (not a picture) showing realistic & representative sample data WITHOUT confidential information (10-20 rows, not thousands...). Just before posting, scroll down to GO ADVANCED, click, and then scroll down to MANAGE ATTACHMENTS and click again. Now follow the instructions at the top of that screen.
Let us know if you have any questions.

You could do it using table and table slicers, with or without PivotTables.
