Radar with phased colour indicators

Hi

I am trying to develop a RADAR chart which has 6 sectors and within each sector a maximum score of 5 points

I have constructed a visual in Powerpoint (image attached) of what i am trying to achieve

Each point scored within each sector should be identified by a colour, eg:-

0 point = Red
1 points = Dark orange
2 points = Light Orange
3 points = Yellow
4 points = Light green
5 points = Dark green



Any ideas or templates would be appreciated
