Pivot Table Does Not Reflect Proper Item Labels from Source Data

I am trying to create a Pivot Table that will show the Providers, their Time In and Time Out of their respective Clinics. Somehow, the pivot table is not showing the correct times for either Time In or Time Out, and I never experienced such a wild result from a pivot table before. I attached the file to this message so that any interested responders could see what I mean. Is there something that I can do to enable me to see the times as they are in the the Source Data?
Many thanks for any and all help in this frustrating matter.

Thank you. But this still does not explain to me why I see the Time In values, from my Data Source, appear as whole hour values in a newly created column that is called "Hours", and that the minutes of Time In are the only values that appear in the Time In column. I want the Pivot Table to display the Time In values and Time Out values as they appear in the Data Source, not as EXCEL seemingly wants to display them in some obtuse manner like it does in my example file. Cannot this new "Hours" column somehow be disabled? To remove it does not help, as t still leaves only minutes in Time In.

You need to ungroup the field. You can turn off automatic date/time grouping in the Data section near the bottom of File-Options-Advanced.

Yes, thank you. I actually discovered this via another forum, and it works. All I needed to do was right-click upon the affected columns' headers and choose Ungroup, and I thus had the values that I wanted in the Time In and Time Out columns and eliminated the unwanted Hours column. Thanks very much for your response.
