Plotting graph with 3 parameters

Dears,
I don't know it may be possible of not.
I want to draw a graph base on 3 parameters taken from two columns values.
Table 1 is plotting as usual (No issue with that).
Want to draw a line as per work to the corresponding Structure when the status of it will be DONE or 1.
