Renaming Slicers OR Get Date Range from WEEKNUM?

I have a pivot that is just rows of week numbers (based on a column in my data using =WEEKNUM). I need to rename them from say "1" to "Jan 4 - 10" or something like that. Showing the date range.

I think when you do NOT use data model you can simply rename the Rows in the pivot and it renames them. However this is tedious if you need to change it or use a different WEEKNUM format.

Is there some way to get a Date range from a weeknumber? Kinda like a reverse engineer weeknum formula? Or is there some better way to rename rows in a pivot more quickly?

Re: Renaming Slicers OR Get Date Range from WEEKNUM?

Here's a little more insight to my issue. I have slicer with Week numbers but the execs want to see dates for what is what. I can rename the data to "Jan ## - ##" but if we ever need to change the week type (like starting sun or mon etc) then I have to rename them all.

I put a little image key on the right of the slicers and it's lined up nice, but of course once you hit a slicer and it filters then things aren't lined up. Still has the key but could be confusing. I really wish the dates could be on the slicer or something..I can't think of an elegant way to do it.

    See attached images.
