Conditional Formatting, =weeknum = weeknum ... how to add a 3rd criterion ... check text?

I have worked out how to colour a cell based on a date ($E4) that falls within the week of another date ($I3). = WEEKNUM($E4,1) = WEEKNUM(I$3,1)

I would like to change the colour at this junction dependent on the selection at c4 but the rest of the criterion remains the same?

    = WEEKNUM($E4,1) = WEEKNUM(I$3,1)

    Thanks in advance.

Conditinal formating formula for cell I4:

    =LOOKUP($E4,$I$3:$R$3,$J$3:$S$3)=I$3

    Choose your fill format

    Apply to whole range.

Thanks bebo, but the wrong dates are being populated with the solution you gave (not sure what I did wrong) and I am looking to populate the cells with a colour where the Milestone is due, but also make it the corresponding colour dependent on which of the two entities are chosen?

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Thanks Bebo used your code, worked a treat, my other code picked up the same day/month in each year, so didn't work for me. Cheers, Karina
