Lightbulb Chart comparing products' complaint rate is too high one week, disrupts visibility

    Hello everyone,

I really did not know hot to explain it better on the description. In the attached image you can see that during the week KW 40, 41 and 42 the complaint rate is too high, impeding the propper visibility of the data during the other weeks.

Do you know a way to fix it in excel? Ideally I would like to have the first 1% having more importance in the visualization, and all above should have way less space above in the chart.

Any tips and help will be much appreciated, thanks in advance!

    Welcome to the forum.

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.
