Hi Team,
I have the attached which i'd like to chart, to highlight graphically which products have had various delivery statuses per month. I know i want month in my x axis. A stacked or clustered bar chart based on product within the chart, i'm just not sure what would be on the y axis. I assume i need to count instances of status or product and use that for the chart - i just cant get my head around it, or maybe these 3 columns cant be charted together in 1 chart?

You can create two pivot charts - one for Product wise count, and another for Status wise count for each month in a stacked bar chart.

Thanks Sourabh. That makes sense. Is there however a way to represent this data in a single chart? i cant conceptually see how that would even look but interested to know peoples thoughts.
Theoretically you could plot both those stacked bars for the month of January in the same chart, to make a "clustered+stacked chart" as explained here -https://www.exceldashboardtemplates.com/how-to-easily-create-a-stacked-clustered-column-chart-in-excel/
However, it is a really lengthy process and there's no straightforward way to make such a chart.
