Create Report for printing a Schedule

    Hello,

I have just switched to using Tables (thanks to helpful people on this site). I previously had all my information on serval sheets but I have combined them into one table.

I would like to have the ability to Click "print" and I have a one page schedule to send to volunteers. I used to have it set up with VLOOKUP, but after combining into a table I have multiple dates for different age groups (older/younger) or times of day (AM/PM).

Is there a way to have this populated based on selecting one or two months. You can see from my attachment how I had the "print" sheet set up. The bigger section at the top was every week, the bottom two tables were only once a month and divided into to different age groups.

    Thanks,

There is no attachment visible in your question.

Did you tried a Pivot Table solution?

I had trouble uploading the file, had to do it in a zip file.

I tried using a pivot table but am not familiar with them, I could only get it to give me Count totals, not just certain fields of the table. (Do you have a good site, video or page that can help explain pivot tables better?)

    Perhaps this will help.
Use cells G2:H2 on the Print sheet to determine the time and age group to be included on page 1.
The formula used to retrieve the information is:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
