Question From dataset to a specific format of table

What's the best and most efficient way to transfer information from this dataset to a particular format of a table?

    Example of dataset:
    Dataset.png

    Format of the table:
    Blank.png
-*Some Directors will not have any Resources who have missed Training. As such, theirs will be blank except for the Director name

    Long Output.png
    - Some Directors will have a lot of Resources who have missed Training. We need to also list the Managers of those Resources.
    - Some Managers will have multiple Resources. If it's the same Manager, the goal is to merge the cell so that the Manager is listed only once but it blocks out the row to indicate that they are also the Manager of the Resource

It HAS to be this specific format. If it can just be a pivot table, that would be great but I can't change a pivot table to this format. Our business stakeholders say this format is best for them so we can't change the format of the table

Please upload a workbook or a representative cut down copy, anonymised if necessary. It is always easier to advise if we can see your request in its context.

Show a before and after situation with manually calculated results, explaining which information is data and which is results, and if it's not blindingly obvious how you have arrived at your results some explanatory notes as well.

To upload a file click the Go Advanced button at the foot of your post, look underneath the post area for the Manage Attachments section and take it from there.
