Centered columns in a large pivot table

Three of my columns are set as centered. For whatever reason, some rows (out of 18000) will be right-aligned and it seems to be random.

I did this code.

What should I look for to improve this?

That code should not take minutes, but it would be better to use something like:

Note that if you have numeric cells with a padded format, like Accounting, then they will appear right-aligned even if the cell is set to centered.

Still slow.
