Activity Timeline Report

Hi everyone,

I would need to create a report based in timestamps.

What I have created is a timeline representing periods of 15 minutes and I would like to know if any of the timestamps matches between this period of time, but I cannot make the formula works. It would be ideal if this could be represented graphically, as the current graphic in the example is created using conditional formatting.

Not a lot of information to work with there. Perhaps if you attach your workbook (desensitise it if necessary) so we can see what you have already, then provide a bit more info on what your desired end result is, and I'm sure we can help.

To check if there are any timestamps in given timeperiod you could use such formula:

depending on where timestamps "just on the border between time periods" shall be treated (to "just finishing" or "just starting") you may need to replace > and <= with >= and < in the formula.
