calculating ranges, bloodpressure

I'm creating a new histogram chart for calculating blood pressure. I haven't used excel in quite a long time and forgot most of the formulas.

The first table displays the six ranges and the count throughout the week as blood pressure is taken, the next value is the week's percentage between the ranges. How would I calculate/function to calculate the times a particular reading fell within the range?

The second table would display the percentage of times the reading fell within each range for each day, if no reading falls within the category a (-) ought to be inserted. For example, 5 readings a day and 3 fell in normal and 2 fell in Stage 1. A cell for each day and time for each range. The other cell would display the percentage of the time of day. I would also like to automatically add color to the cell depending on the stage.


Data is being exported into Excel as raw numbers per the above [code]. Any help in a direction would be appreciated.
