I have 4 data points in a chart. Two are a line graph and two are a bar graphs. I want to seperate the two bar graphs so that they arent overlapping. I want them to each be their own bar.

For the two column chart series, you have selected stacked column as the chart type. Thus, when Excel charts them, it stacks one on top of the other. If you want a "clustered column" chart type for those, simply select the two column chart series and select "clustered column" instead of "stacked column"
