Hi All,
I have been working on a little project of my own and was wondering if anyone could help me out with this.
The idea is as follows:
I have three datasets. Sales, Warranty and Returns. Sales regards complete products. Warranty and Returns comprise sub-components.
In a dashboard, I am visualizing the number of times a component/product is sold, returned or claimed for warranty.
Product owners can find components of interest in this sheet. After all, they may want to redesign components that are returned extraordinarily much.
My question is two pronged:
There is one specific demand to make the dashboard so that a PO can specify the product of interest to filter the pivot tables on. The added value is that we can diligently investigate products without the data getting clouded by components of other products.
Additionally, there is a request to (temporarily) eliminate certain components from the graphs manually. After all, once a component is on the PO's radar, there is no need to get returning indications on this component as we are already taking action.
These two filters should ideally work ambidextrously.
Many thanks in advance! your time is being appreciated
