Multi Bar Chart with Text data, not numbers

Hey everyone,

I'll start by saying that I'm not the most savvy Excel user, most of what I know is self taught so any help / guides / explanations are greatly received!

I am looking to take feedback scoring and create a bar chart to show where there are conflicting results. The methods we use are to score the data from Poor, Average, Good & Excellent. I have attached some test data to show what I am working with, as well as a visual guide as to what I'm looking to create if possible for the bar chart (apologies for the crudeness of the chart).

Alternatively if what I am asking isn't possible, does anyone have any suggestions of what I could possibly do instead to still attain the same (or similar) results?
