Greetings
I have two datasets , data 1 and data 2, attached, This is just sample data. Data1 is wide data and has 16 readings for a patient, in the the last 16 columns. This example has only 1 sample case now and will be having more cases in real. Data 2 is expected transformed data from the data 1.
16 rows are expected to generated as data 2.
Attaching both data 1 and data 2.
Please suggest.

Your sample is too small. Will there be other rows in Data1 AFTER row 2??

Are you still using Excel 2007?
Yes. There will be many rows later when actual data comes. And depending on data 1, 16 rows will be prepared in data 2, for each row in data 1

Please upload a sample with 3 rows of raw data.
