Pivot: I don't want some values linked to columns

    Good morning Gurus,

I have a table with Items each have Units, unit cost and TOTAL cost
I'm trying to have my pivot with Items on the left, department on top with Units.

    So far so good

But I would like to have Unit costs and Total costs all the way to the right, not linked to the column departments... I am struggling.

    File attached

    Thanks a lot

Can you manually mock up what you are aiming for.

But I would like to have Unit costs and Total costs all the way to the right,
    Isn't that where they are?

Hard to visialise what you want.

Re: Pivot: I don't want some values linked to columns

As I have "departments" in Columns, anything I put in values will fall under each department.
I wanted however Units by department (as in my initial pivot) and if possible: Unit Cost and TOTAL cost to show at the very end and not bound to the Columns/department
I did not yet put in values field the unit cost and total cost as it would show by each department

I reattach a new document that may be clearer.

    Thanks

You can't do that with a pivot table (not on a Mac, anyway). You could add them as row fields but they'd be to the left of your data, not the right.

    This should do it:
