Dynamic Array Formula convert to table?

Hi guys:
I have used a bunch of dynamic array formulas to filter a database into a small filtered section using certain criteria. I really want to use Power Automate to send email notification when one of the array value changes. The problem is for Power Automate to work, I need it to be converted into a table. However, I can't convert the filtered list into a table as any attempt will cause a SPILL error. I am wondering if anybody knows a workaround to this problem? Is this even the right forum subsection to ask? Thank you for your time!

As tables do not allow spill ranges, I think you only option is to copy/paste values & then convert to a table.
