I have a pivot table and each of the columns are in the "Rows" section of the pivot. Because of this, I cannot sort any of the data except by the first column.
Is there a way to be able to sort using the other column headers?

No, because that could break pivot table groupings. You can only sort with any field to the left of a particular field, which is why you can only sort the whole table by the first column.

Glad to help. You might get what you want using Power Query (a.k.a. Get and transform) with a simple grouping query. That will produce a normal table that you can sort however you want.
