Automatic fill in daily plant data collection in different sheets

Hello everyone. I need help in developing formulas/functions to make better quality of life in excel.
I need to measure plants morphology daily and need to key in the data in excel.
Attached in excel below is the idea on what I wanted to create but I have no idea on how to do it.

I label the cells in color
The information/cells in blue color is basically fixed variables that i will measure on the particular day.
The information/cells in yellow color are the variables or data that i will take and measure on that particular day.
The green color on the 'example sheet' is I wanted to create a submit button to deliver the information on every specific sheets.

So basically, when Ive done collecting the sample and data, I will just click on that green button and the data will go to specific sheet (Daily Data, Height, Leaf Length, etc.) on that particular day. then I need to clear that sheet by clicking on red 'clear button', so that I can prepare to measure the data for the next day.

Meanwhile, the information/cells in orange color is basically the data that I will enter on the next day, and the upcoming days without affecting the current data.

I hope there is somebody out there that is willingly to help me out with the development of this excel document
