Two horizontal axis to represent count & percentage?

    Hello excel Pros,

I created a simple PivotChart whose Axis (Categories) is individual Sales Reps.
The values correspond to one set of data shown in two ways: A count of the number of contacts as well as show a Percentage of Grand Total.

The problem I am having is with the horizontal Axis of this chart.
While the count shows well, the percentage bars are tiny. I have no idea where to adjust this scale so that those can in fact be visible.
Is it possible to have a secondary horizontal Axis with percentages?

    Thank you,

You can move one of the series to the secondary axis. Trouble with that is if you have both series as Bar they will overlap each other.

It you use Column chart then you can change one of the series to Line and have a combination chart.

If you must have bars then you will need to generate 2 more series, so each axis has 2 series on it. One of the series pair will have a value the other not.
You also need to alternate which of the pair has values, otherwise the bars will still overlap each other

    Hello Andy

    Thanks for the suggestions.
A Combination chart makes absolute sense.

So I tried that, but I am having somewhat of a similar issue where the percentage Axis has huge numbers.
It extends all the way to 1200,00%

I tried changing the Format Axis options, to have have a Maximum of 10 (instead of 120)

But the problem with that, is that my bars then get cut off and the

No of those attachments are valid.

    Welcome to the forum

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Can only guess with screen shots.

The above only appears to have 1 vertical axis and the formatting of both percents and values is Percent, which is why the very large % values

    Hi,
you need to use combo chart.
If you select the combo chart type you will be able to select the secondary axis for witch series you want.
