Time graphs using time in hh:mm:ss doesn't work

I have several sheets of data that I want to put in graphs. I want the graphs to start from 0:00 in the morning up to midnight (24h). The time linked to my data is in a format like this "hh:mm:ss". The time dont necesseraly start at 00:00:00. It can start at 3:00 am end finish at 5:30pm for examples. The space in between data collect iss not equal. I will put a screenshot of the beginning of the data with 2 graphs and screenshots of the Axis format. Note that this batch of data is smaller with only 250 line but other sheets have up to 850 lines of data. I will gladly give more details if needed. Thank you.
