Adding national Flags into pie chart

Looking for advice how to add flag national picture into pie like this picture ?

Copy image of flag to clipboard.
Select pic slices
Select required slice
use Format > Fill > Picture > Clipboard

Note: Not sure if this is available for version xl2003
