Pivot Table Help

    Post Pivot Table Help

    Hello all,

    I am trying to calculate the time spent for each particular STATUS but when i do my pivot table (SHEET 7) it counts 12min compared to the reality from SHEET 5 where it should be 47min.

    can you please help on this.

    Are you still using Excel 2010? If not, please update your forum profile.

    Not with a PT, but I can offer you a 365 solution:

    I didn't say that, but your PT is calculating the standard deviation value, so that's why it's not what you want. I don't use PTs - hate them - so can't say whether or not it's possible. I doubt it, though.
