Find Difference In List from Another Query

I have 2 queries: Q1 is name and course(s) taken and Q2 is only the course name. I need to be able to compare the 2 queries and show what courses still need to be taken by that name.

eg. Query 1 Query 2
Bob Course 1 Course 1
Course 2 Course 2
Course 3 Course 3
Course 4

I want to show in a column on the pivot table that Bob still needs Course 4. I am at a loss as to where to start this so any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks.
