Dax measure for uniq employee and average power pivot

First measure:name: Employcount=CALCULATE(COUNT([Nume Angajat]),FILTER(ALL(Table2[Data final de luna]),[Data final de luna]=MAX([Data final de luna])))

This measure is extracting the uniq from collumn d sheet ED "Nume Angajat" and is always returning the maximum value for the selected period.

If for example we have selected 2021, it will return the last month where we had names in collumn d sheed ED "Nume Angajat" so for 2021 in cel c2 we are looking at last month that had names. and on a deeper level we can go for month and in this situation it will show the uniq names for the month selected.

But if we look in qtr it will give us only the last month (because of that max(data final de luna).


Second measure:
name: Activinperioada analizata =CALCULATE([Employ count],FILTER(Table2,Table2[Angajati/body]=VALUE(1)))

Is an update of the first measure and is exatracting only the collumn U with value 1 wich means they wore active in that period of time.

My request:

I would like to extractc the average of collumn U (angajati/body) - wich represent the active employees for a give period of time like a qrt.

If i simply put the average without a measure in e1 it will return the average of all ones that i have wich ofcourse is one.
I need something like a count of uniq active employes first and than ading another measure to this wich will average the values.

And as a plus request i would like to average only the value 1 in collumn u.

The answer you ve provide it offers as it shows a cotagem but it does not do the averages of collumn D Activ in perioada analizata as i need. can you help me further. sorry for my delayed answer!
