Using text for graphs

Good afternoon,

I have attached a sample data and chart.

The purpose of the chart is to show why production was affected on a certain day (e.g. no railcars, product quality issue, etc.)

I would like to show this either by the acronyms charting on the graph, or even better, have the acronyms show as the vertical axis data rather than a numerical sequence. I do want to keep the series labelled as they are.

I have tried various ways to accomplish this but to now avail.

I do want the display to show as a scatter chart unless you think another type of chart will better convey the information. Please remember I need the data to show daily.
