I have two questions:
1. How to assign a macro to the slicer? The macro runs and the slicer is frozen.
2. How to get the slicer name when a slicer value is cicked?

The bottom line is you can't. What you might be able to do is build a pivot table that is a single cell (such as the filter field) or maybe some sort of a checksum and then use a on change event on this cell to fire the macro.
As for the second question, I do not understand it. Do you want the name of the slicer or the name of the selected values?
One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.
A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.
