I published a survey asking my team to rank the attached blue box topics as the most valuable to them.
I would like to create a pivot table from the received results Excel sheet “Book1” to create the attached table showing the topics and the most valuable to them.
I did everything on my knolowge end eveencially created manual

I am not aware of a version 360, so I assume that the profile should read 365 (subscription version) which includes Power Query (aka Get & Transform).
1. Convert the range of data on Sheet 1 into an Excel table (Ctrl + t)
2. Use the following Power Query code to transform the data into records (proper data set) as shown in columns A:B on the Table 1 sheet:3. Produce a pivot table from the new table.

4. From the filter/sort button in cell D3 select "More sort options" > "Ascending" by "Sum of rank"
