You can filter on the names and exclude whatever you want in this case, exclude blanks.
I don't think you can exclude a Grand Total for a column, but you can probably format it so the zero values aren't displayed. You can use a Custom Format to do that.

Okay thanks. I unchecked blanks in the row labels drop down and removed the grand total column from view.
