I would like my pivot table on the "Rep Level" tab exclude the row for "(blank)" and not calculate into my Grand Total for E18.

You can filter on the names and exclude whatever you want in this case, exclude blanks.
I don't think you can exclude a Grand Total for a column, but you can probably format it so the zero values aren't displayed. You can use a Custom Format to do that.

Okay thanks. I unchecked blanks in the row labels drop down and removed the grand total column from view.
