Need help to do a Graph/Chart

Hello everyone, this might be a easy question, but i've been struggling for a couple of days.

Got two columns, one with dates (but formated as years and months only), several duplicates in this column and a second column with values in all those dates ranging from 0 to 20 for example

The idea would be to do a graph/chart where the bottom of the graph would be age (as in from 0y and months to 15y for example) and the vertical axe for the increased values in those dates. Goal is to see when there is bigger increases across time (like around 2y for example).

Thank you in advance for your time.

Once again, there's no mock-up of what you want. In this case, please draw the graph idea and attach a scan of it.

Sample data should be 20-30 rows of realistic data only, not thousands.

    PS
As the ages are just text, Excel cannot read or rank them as numbers.

Sorry again AliGW, brave new world for me, will try to do better next time! Applied the fixes you've asked, with picture and less data.

Maybe the fact that excel cannot rank numbers it's the problem and the reason why I've been struggling, is there a way to make those years and months to numbers?

Presumably they are being generated with a formula? If so, then you can simply subtract the two dates and use the resulting number.

For the benefit of those who did not help before, please provide that formula here.

The sample workbook still has thousands of rows.

Those and many more were manual (I know I know...) but the formula for future values is:

    =DATEDIF(XLOOKUP(B2,$S$2:$S$50000,$T$2:$T$50000,""),L2,"y")&" Years, "&DATEDIF(XLOOKUP(B2,$S$2:$S$50000,$T$2:$T$50000,""),L2,"ym")&"M"

Is there a easy way/formula to get the value from those two dates? As the formula itself looks into thousands of data and then I simpply copy paste it to the sheet attached here

For some reason can't remove and add the updated file to the first post. Will do it here:

    Graph test2.xlsx

Oh, you chose the less efficient formula!!! Never mind.

So, to get a number, you need this:

    =DATEDIF(XLOOKUP(B2,$S$2:$S$50000,$T$2:$T$50000,""),L2,"m")

This will return the number of whole months between the two dates.

Now try to create your graph - shout if you need further help.
