Error bars with custom values not working

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to generate a forest plot to present a range of Hazard Ratios with custom error bars based on data that I've put into my excel table. It looks ok, but the problem is that the error bars do not appear consistent with my data. For example one of my positive error values is around 48 but the error bar is showing closer to 70. The negative error bar value is also inconsistent with the negative value for this same example.

I'm using excel v16.8 as part of Office 365 for Mac

I have attached the excel file in question to demonstrate the issue. If anyone has any advice, it is much appreciated.

Andy, you solved my issue, I wasn't aware that the error values were relatively to the data point rather than the axis. Thank you.
