    PivotTable count of multiple columns

    Hi All

    I want to have counts of multiple columns in a single table but counts are not showing correct. Could anyone please help?

    You need first to unpivot your source table.
    I did it in few clicks with Get and Transform Data (Power Query) in Data ribbon.
    So just read in your source table, select all columns and from Transform use Unpivot Columns

    Now you could do pivot inside power query or just (as in attached file) Close and load to result of unpivotting in your sheet and the do what you already know how to: a pivot from transformed data

    I'm gald to hear it works.

    So as the solution works, it would be a good idea to mark thread as Solved.
    Above your first post (on the blue bar, on the right side) you will find "Thread Tools" to do it.
