PivotTable Question: How Do I Count Cells With Multiple Pieces Of Data?

Hello,

I'm working with PivotTables for the first time and came across something I can't intuitively figure out. I have a column of data in my spreadsheet where there may be more than one value per cell and I want this reflected in the PT. I've attached a spreadsheet that should show what I'm trying to do.
