How to Create a Bar Chart that shows average ON and OFF time each day

Can someone please help me create a bar chart at shows the average ON and OFF time each day for the data points in the attached workbook. The data is in the Generator Tab (Columns I-L). The main problem I am having is that Columns I-L are formulated and formatted in a way that cannot be converted into a pivot chart. Maybe this bar chart can be based on Columns A-F, but I am not sure how to make that work. Can anyone help me with this?
