Selectable X-Axis Range

I'm trying to have a chart X-Axis that has only a range the user selects via a drop-down list. I've tried a lot of solutions such as offsets, indexes, and named ranges, and I'm not finding a good solution.
I've uploaded a sample of what I'm trying to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks so much!!
