    Help with data modeling

I am finally trying to learn data modeling and I am having trouble.
We are doing construction on 15 buildings with seven floors in each building. We are only working on certain buildings, floors, and rooms.
The floors we are working on are shown in table 'Floors', which specify building and floor numbers.
I am trying to power pivot chart so that building, floors, and rooms all match-up together. Second floor should show only room numbers that begin with 2, and so on...
However, all floors are listing all room numbers.

So, I know there are issues with my relationships, but I cannot figure out how to fix them. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

P.S. The 'Floors' table shows the building in the first column and the floor in the second column, for the rooms we are working in.
