Unhappy Bar Chart and Defined X-axis??

I am desperately trying to figure out how to chart data eg:

    Angle Intensity
    2.7 21
    2.82 22
    9.6 9
    13.5 64

On a bar chart.. with Angle as the X-Axis. The problem is that I want the axis to be from 0 to 15, and bars springing up at the numbers indicated in the left hand column.

The best I've been able to do so far is use x-y scatter and to draw in pretend 'bars' using the drawing function.. and it's taking forever!

Please, if anyone knows how to do this, please help me!

    I'm desperate!!

once you have the X-Y chart ready, simply right click on the chart, choose chart-type, select the bar-chart and click ok.

    1. Select the column chart after going to the chart wizard.
    2. Click next, go to the series tab.Click on Add button.
    3. In the values box, select the column Intensity
    4. In the category X axis lables, select the Angels column.
    5. Click finish
