    Data Point labeling

I have created a simple line chart. I want the data points to be labeled
with information from a column that is not included in the data or series
range. Can I do this easily? N. VB programming please

Also, how can I have one data point on this line chart show up as either a
different color or different shape when the value is less than a std number?
(I am trying to highlight an out of spec condition).

    thanks!

    Re: Data Point labeling

    Hi,

Here is a free addin you code use to label the points with text in cells

If "N. VB programming please" means no addin then see the page on how to
    do it manually.

To create a conditional chart have a look here.
