Applying data range to column width

I would like to make a graph combining customer sales margin and sales volume
so that customer sales margin data is on the charts y-axis and customer sales
volume is described by the width of the customer's column on the x-axis. Any
tips on how this could be done?

    Hi,

Here are some examples of column width bars, including links to even
    more examples.
