I apologize in advance - this is probably super easy for most of you and will probably sound stupid. But.

How would I set my pivot chart to only show points for conditional data? For example, I have a table with date, count, and percentage by location. How do I chart the percentages on dates ONLY when the count is => a certain number? I would have thought I could do it using conditional sums, but I must be missing something important, because it's just not working the way I'd hoped. I want the line to skip the point entirely when that locations count is < my chosen point. But, I don't want the other locations to skip if theirs DOES meet the criteria. Also, I *only* want the percentage to show on the chart, not the count itself.

I am using Excel 2000.

Thank you in advance,
LH
